There are more than 13 miles of hiking trails at Rib Mountain, with over eight miles accessible to people with disabilities. Pets are permitted in the park on the trails when on an 8-foot leash.
Rib Mountain is off of Interstate 39 just southwest of Wausau. Exit the highway onto County Highway N west. Go straight at the first intersection onto Park Road and go about 2.5 miles to the summit. Geographic coordinates are 44° 55' 11.23" N, 89° 40' 49.50" W.
